- 1/2 chorizo
- 1 zucchini
- 300 g pasta (macaroni, small shells...)
- 30 cl liquid heavy cream

Wash the zucchini and peel every other strip of skin. Cut into not-too-thin slices, then cut those slices into halves or quarters.

Season the zucchini with salt and pepper. Sauté in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil over high heat to brown them, then continue cooking over low heat.
