- 1 pumpkin (2kg)
- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 onion
- 500 g of smoked bacon
- 1 tablespoon of thick fresh cream
- 1 pinch of grated Gruyère cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 1 half liter of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- some fried onions
