- 1 puff pastry
- 125 g mozzarella
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 zucchini
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 package shredded mozzarella
- 1 bunch chives
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into strips that are not too thin.

Sauté in a pan with olive oil, garlic, and the meat.
