Ingredients

- 2 blood oranges
- ice cubes
- 10 cl tonic water
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1 centimeter ginger
- 1 tablespoon water

Wash the oranges thoroughly. Cut two thin slices of orange then juice the rest.

Mix the honey with the freshly squeezed ginger and 1 tablespoon of boiling water. Let macerate for 5 minutes then add the orange juice and pass through a fine strainer.

Put 2 ice cubes in the glass and swirl the glass with the ice cubes inside to chill it (until you can see where the glass has been chilled). Discard the ice cubes used to chill the glass.

Pour the juice into the glass then add ice cubes. Put one of the slices on the wooden skewer and cut the other in half. Place the two halves nicely in the glass then top up with tonic. Place the slice on top of the glass and serve.
