    Prepare the brownie batter. Grease a square pan of about 23cm. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler, then add the coconut sugar and mix well. Incorporate the eggs one by one, then the sifted flour and the pecans. Pour the mixture into the pan, smoothing the surface well.

    Prepare the cookie dough. Whisk the butter and sugar together. Add the egg and mix well. Add the sifted flour and baking powder together, then the chocolate chips. Mix everything until you have a compact dough. Place the cookie dough over the brownie batter in large crumbs to cover the entire brownie batter. The dough will melt during baking to form a large cookie.
