- 6 eggs
- 4 slices of dry-cured ham (serrano)
- 1 buffalo mozzarella
- 4 turns of a pepper mill
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 large pinch of Espelette pepper
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of thick crème fraîche
- 1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Wash and trim the bottom ends of the asparagus, keeping only the tender parts.
