Ingredients
6 servings
- 80 g of organic NESTLÉ DESSERT dark chocolate
- 250 g of flour
- 150 g of cold pureed pumpkin
- 80 g of acacia honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Start by melting the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 500W or in a double boiler.
- 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and pumpkin purée.
- 3
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix. Place 1/3 of the resulting batter into another bowl and add the melted chocolate. Whisk until combined.
- 4
In a previously buttered and floured loaf pan, pour half of the pumpkin batter, then the chocolate batter, and finally the rest of the pumpkin batter. Using the blade of a knife, swirl the batters together in the pan to create a marbled effect. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, and wait 10 minutes after removing from the oven before unmolding the marble cake.
