- 1 l of whole milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 star anise
- 2 good pinches of nutmeg
- 100 g dark chocolate (optional)
- crumbled dry biscuits
- cocoa powder

Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it up.

Add the chopped chocolate and mix well until completely melted.

Then add the spices and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
