    Prepare the marinade. Thinly slice the onion and the bell pepper. Press the garlic clove. Peel the shrimp. In a bowl, add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Add a generous amount of yellow curry and olive oil so that all the ingredients can marinate. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
