- 80 g Entremont® Special Pizza grated cheese
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 jar of sliced green olives
- 70 g tomato sauce
- sesame seeds
- 1 beaten egg yolk

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

Unroll the puff pastry.

Spread the tomato sauce over the pastry.

Add the ham slices and distribute the olives and corn.

Roll up the pastry to form a large roll. Using a knife, cut into triangles.

Place the puff pastry cones on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Using a food brush, brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
