- 100 g fresh plain goat cheese
- 1 MAGGI KUB OR Herbs of Provence bouillon cube
- 6 tomatoes (2 red + 2 yellow + 2 green)
- 30 g pine nuts
- 20 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) in fan-assisted mode. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Roll out the pastry into a tart tin and blind bake for 20 minutes.

Mix the goat cheese with a crumbled bouillon cube. Once the pastry has cooled, spread the mixture over it.
