- 6 thick slices of Jacquet Crousti Moelleux plain bread
- 3 eggs
- 15 cl milk
- 20 g butter
- salt and pepper
- 2 avocados
- 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 teaspoon pink peppercorns

Beat the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper. Soak the bread slices in the mixture.

Meanwhile, cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and peel them. Slice the avocados into strips.
