- 500 g cooked white beans (drained net weight)
- 200 g frozen peppers (out of season)
- 100 g frozen peas (out of season)
- 2 heaping tablespoons curry powder (adjust according to the strength of the curry)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Rinse the half onion, the bell peppers, and the peas.

Peel the onion, remove the seeds from the bell peppers, and slice them.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.

Add the peas and let cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, drain the white beans. Mash them into a puree with the soy sauce, curry, and pepper.
