- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 12 cl water
- 1 zucchini
- 1 egg
- 100 g fresh goat cheese
- 1 log of goat cheese
- sprig of chives
- salt and pepper

Knead the flour, butter, salt, and water until you get a homogeneous ball of dough.

Wash the zucchini and slice it into rounds. Let it drain in a colander with a pinch of salt.
