    In a hot pan, add oil and sauté the sliced onion.

    Add the tomato puree.

    Season with salt and pepper and mix. Add a little sugar to reduce acidity.

    In a hot pan with olive oil, add the sliced mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Take two bowls and add to each, in the following order: 2 olives cut into three pieces, grated cheese, mushrooms, tuna (or any other meat), and tomato sauce. Do not mix!

    Roll out a piece of dough on it using a rolling pin. The dough must be large enough to cover the size of the bowl.
