- 1 slice of sandwich bread
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of thick cream
- 2 tablespoons of shallots
- 2 button mushrooms
- 10 g of butter
- 2 thin slices of raw ham
- 10 g of parmesan
- lamb's lettuce

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

Thinly slice the shallots and mushrooms, and sauté them in a little butter for 5 to 10 minutes.
